Entry 0046
Me: It's one of those days in which I slept a lot and now I have way too much excitable energy, like hypomanic energy and anxiety. Maybe half a clonazepam will help even things out. Something's gotta give though, for the long term. One cup of coffee on days like this will launch me half-way to the moon, while other days it will hardly get me out of a groggy state. Maybe it has something to do with adenosine. Like, maybe I need to unplug the power cord for a while and hold down the power button to discharge any remaining electricity. Like a complete system reset.
Rubber duck: That can't hurt. But also, don't overlook the fact that your mood stability is complex, and it's infeasible to measure your cognition and record analytics in the way you desire. Your brain and nervous system are not exactly like one of your computer machines.
