Rubber duck: You don't have to publish every thought. You don't have to think out loud on the Internet.

Me: I'm in a fish bowl anyway what's the difference.

Rubber duck: Even if that were the case, a fish bowl in the basement of your parents' private home is not the same as a fish bowl on a big screen display in Times Square.

Me: It's not a basement. It's technically a lower level. A basement has to be a number of feet below the ground, as per the village ordinance. Our house doesn't qualify. But yeah, I get your point.
