Entry 0002
This morning I got up too fast from the chair and had to hold on to the walls to keep from fainting. This is a side effect of the psychiatric meds I take. It happens quite frequently.
Since it is mental health awareness month, this is a shout-out to people who take psychiatric meds and experience this side effect.
While I'm at it, and since the hot summer days are just about here in the northern hemisphere, I'll do another shout-out to people who take psychiatric meds that cause body temperature dysregulation and over-heating.
Do whatever you can to keep your body cool, and don't take shit from people telling you to "get outside for sunshine and vitamin D". They're well-intentioned, but they don't get it. "Well-intentioned" + "don't get it" is an unfortunate combination.
